Since 2002, Luna Textiles has manufactured premium natural fibre bedding and wadding products from our mill in the Yorkshire Pennines. We supply retailers, hospitality brands and trade customers with wool, alpaca and speciality fibre products — all traceable, certified and made to order.
Our story: from Pennine farm to national supplier
Luna Textiles began with a small alpaca farm in the Pennine Hills and a passion for natural fibres. Located in the textile heartland between Bradford’s mills and the Lancashire border, we built our own manufacturing facility from the ground up.
Today we produce premium duvets, pillows, toppers and wadding products using state-of-the-art computer-controlled production lines. Every item is individually serial numbered and fully traceable back to source.

Precision manufacturing meets natural materials
Our factory uses state-of-the-art computer-controlled production lines with touch-screen control throughout. Cross-folded fill ensures consistent loft and warmth in every product, while superior lock-stitch sewing delivers durability that lasts.
At full capacity, we produce 50 duvets per hour. We work with wool, alpaca, cashmere, Herdwick, Shetland and Welsh wools — adapting fill weight, cover material and stitch pattern to your exact specification.
